Foreign aid only strengthens the existing condition or state of affairs. It does not shape the government to the interests of the anti democratic process. Poverty is the number one world issue but the aid does not reach the hungry. The beneficiary government response only to the privileged minority or foreign corporation and prepare for the forces working against them. We, as individuals and organizations must take action to stop the blocking of aid.
