Philips has taken the photo frame multiplied it by five, and added voice message capability, a radio and alarm clock. Alas, it ends up doing none of the above terribly well. With no card slots or Wi-fi, you can transfer up to 20 pictures to the meagre memory via USB. You can then try to view them as slide show on screens so tiny and low resolution, you’d never see it if you have myopia, and looking at it without wearing your glasses in the morning. Family members can record poor-quality voice messages to go with the pics. Quite neat, if your living in outer Mongolia or somewhere and want to hear your mum’s voice when you wake up.

January 19th, 2010Ten Years After Columbine
January 19th, 2010Twentieth April 1999, marked a very black day at Columbines- 2 of their own felling a dozen innocent lives and one dedicated teacher. The town still unable to come to grips and unable to erase horrific scenes from their mind, even though ten years have passed-it is certainly extremely painful to watch children nipped in the bud- held a candle-lit vigil at the Littleton Park, laying flowers along the memorial built for the departed beloved ones. The school will remain closed on Monday and a memorial service will take place later in the day. The Columbine massacre as it is referred to today, has restarted the debate on gun-ownership laws in the US.
