A Warm Welcome

A close monitor of the plant cycle events gives us an idea of how nature changes to the climate in very season. For example blooming of flowers, trees filled with bright green leaves confirms the spring season. But to supervise the changes worldwide with the limited number of ecologist does not bring adequate results. So, many number of non-scientists also known as citizen scientists are called for this work. National Phenology Network, an organization launched by a group of scientists, wherein they launched a new program Project BudBurst. The program engaged scientists and non-scientists to gather information on the life cycle of various plants in US from corner to corner. A non-scientists appointment in this project is open to all, with or without the knowledge about plants.
